Empowering Teens to Explore Their Purpose, Passion, and Pathway
At NEXX-Gen, we help teens build confidence, resilience, and clarity as they prepare for what’s next. Every participant gains access to core experiences designed to support personal growth, self-discovery, and real-world readiness—no matter their age or starting point.
Our programs meet young people where they are and guide them forward through creative expression, life-skills training, mentorship, and immersive learning. NEXX-Gen provides a safe, inspiring space where teens can discover their voice, strengthen leadership skills, and begin shaping a purpose-driven future.
For Parents & Guardians
As parents, you want more than another program—you want a trusted environment where your child is seen, heard, and supported. NEXX-Gen is built with that responsibility in mind. Our mentors walk alongside students, offering consistent encouragement while helping them develop independence, accountability, and confidence.
Many teens lack early exposure to workforce preparation, career pathways, and financial literacy. Without guidance, these gaps can lead to disengagement and limited opportunities. NEXX-Gen addresses these challenges by equipping students—whether in middle school, high school, or early transition—with the tools, mentorship, and experiences they need to move forward with direction and purpose.
The NEXX-Gen Experience
NEXX-Gen combines mentorship, skill-building, and real-world exposure in a safe, supportive environment. Participants are encouraged to ask questions, explore possibilities, and develop practical tools they can apply immediately.

NEXX Emerging Leaders (Grades 9–10)
Early growth with direction
Like a young plant establishing its roots, early high school students begin shaping their identity, values, and sense of responsibility. This stage focuses on helping students develop confidence, self-awareness, and decision-making skills while learning how their choices today shape future opportunities.
Focus: Confidence, identity development, communication skills, and foundational life skills that support academic and personal growth.
NEXX Future Builders (Grades 11–12)
Strengthening skills for the next step
As students grow stronger and prepare to branch into adulthood, this stage equips upperclassmen with practical tools for life beyond high school. Participants explore career pathways, workforce expectations, financial literacy, and post-secondary options to make informed, confident decisions about what comes next.
Focus: Workforce readiness, financial literacy, career exploration, and college or alternative pathways.
NEXX-Gen+ Mentorship (Ages 18–24)
Rooted, rising, and leading independently
Young adults are supported as they transition into independence with guidance, accountability, and real-world application. Through mentorship and hands-on development, participants strengthen professional skills, explore entrepreneurship, and build sustainable pathways toward leadership and long-term success.
Focus: Professional development, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and life-transition support.
Why NEXX-Gen Matters
Without early intervention and continued support, many young people face increased risk of disengagement, underemployment, and missed opportunities. NEXX-Gen provides proactive, preventive support that helps youth and young adults build sustainable pathways toward independence and leadership.
