Through creative expression, life skills training, mentorship, and immersive experiences, NEXX-Gen provides a safe and inspiring space where young people can discover their voice, develop leadership, and thrive with purpose.

NEXT Emerging Leaders (Grades 7–9)
Like a seed breaking through the soil, middle schoolers begin discovering who they are.
Focus: Confidence, identity, and foundational life skills.
NEXT Future Builders (Grades 10–12)
Growing stronger and reaching higher, high school students prepare to branch out into the real world.
Focus: Workforce readiness, financial literacy, and college/career pathways.
NEXX-Gen+ Mentorship (Ages 18–24)
Rooted and rising, young adults are supported to stand tall and lead independently.
Focus: Professional development, entrepreneurship, and mentorship for life transitions.
