At VYC Foundation Inc., we empower young ladies in grades 4–12 to rise as confident, creative, and compassionate leaders by unlocking their untapped potential.
Through mentorship, hands-on workshops, leadership circles, and community service, we provide a safe and supportive space for girls to discover their voice, strengthen life skills, and embrace their worth as complete individuals.
Our programs emphasize leadership development, self-empowerment, and the creative arts — from beauty and photography to design and entrepreneurship. Whether engaging in our leadership circles, year-round meetups, or summer experiences, VYC equips young ladies to step boldly into their purpose and lead with confidence.

Rising G.I.R.L.s 4th–6th
Focus: Building confidence, self awareness, positive friendships, and early leadership habits.
Style: Fun, interactive, hands-on learning with a focus on teamwork and self-expression.
Key themes: Friendship, kindness, communication, creativity, introduction to leadership roles, emotional intelligence.
Empowered G.I.R.L.s 7th–9th
Focus: Strengthening self-esteem, social-emotional skills, peer leadership, decision-making, and identity-building.
Style: Workshops with a mix of creative projects, leadership labs, personal development sessions, and community service.
Key themes: Self-identity, self-advocacy, healthy boundaries, goal setting, and navigating peer influence.
Legacy G.I.R.L.s 10th–12th
Focus: Advance leadership, career exploration, mentorship roles, project based learning, and prearing for adulthood.
Style: Leadership development intensives, career/creative skill building, community engagement, and mentorship to younger groups.
Key themes: Purpose-driven leadership, entrepreneurship, professional skills, college/career readiness, and mentoring.
